Interrogatories are written questionnaires produced by and submitted to the opposing side. The answers to the questions are completed by the client, and then thoroughly reviewed by one of our attorneys to ensure that the answers are sufficiently responsive.

Interrogatories can be relatively simple to complete, taking no more than a few hours; however, some are lengthy and complex, requiring the client to think carefully about old associations and events that may have taken place months or years ago. Therefore, some interrogatories can take a substantial amount of time to complete.

Interrogatories have a completion deadline of 30 days from the date of service of the initial request. Occasionally, the court may extend or reduce the deadline for completion.
