The Law Office of Robert W. Bauer, P.A.

At The Law Office of Robert W. Bauer, P.A., in Gainesville, our attorneys adopt a "primary care" approach to providing legal counsel that is similar to the overarching care that a primary or family physician provides.

We feel this approach is uniquely effective. Just as medical needs intertwine, making it beneficial to have a doctor who helps you monitor your overall health, legal concerns tend to overlap and blend together. Having a team of lawyers who have a strong understanding of your personal and professional situations goes a long way toward protecting your interests and remaining "healthy" from a legal standpoint.

Attorney Robert W. Bauer is a Florida native who grew up in Tallahassee. He is a U.S. Army veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm. He graduated from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2004.

Attorney Maria Perez Youngblood grew up in Gainesville and has also spent a significant amount of time in her parents' home of Puerto Rico. Ms. Youngblood speaks Spanish fluently, which allows our Spanish-speaking clients to work directly with an attorney rather than work through an interpreter. She graduated from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law.

Our attorneys are longtime active community members with families of their own. They are sensitive to the challenges of parenting and the difficulties that families encounter as a result of the frantic pace that life can take on. As a result, we are empathetic to the stress that family law matters can produce. Our comprehensive approach to tackling all issues impacting the family effectively eliminates stress and lets our clients focus on the positives.

We work with clients throughout Alachua County and northern Florida from our office in Gainesville. We welcome the opportunity to answer your questions regarding any legal matter and provide a straightforward assessment as well as a recommendation of what steps to take next.
